It got delivered on May 12th and today it's June 30th.. The handle stopped working two weeks ago, it doesn't control the water stopping or starting anymore.. It constantly sprays and yesterday it sprung a leak 6 inches down from the handle.. It worked great until it didn't..Purchased item for my older parents. Item is very light and easy to move. Received item on item at end of July, I gave to my parents Sept 20th. When my dad attempted to use the hose, the inner part of the hose disconnected to the outside hose and we weren't able to fix. Because the return by date had passed (only 30 days), we are unable to return. I will need to toss & order another one for my parents. I have one and love it. Just not happy, item apparently defective.the first day of use the nozzle broke. by the third day it splinterd. I don't know if it is because I didn't turn off the water or the hot sun in Florida. I figured that I would at least get a few months use out of it. very dissatisfied.This hose is very very lightweight. So much so the first time I used it it came apart. The nozzle separated from the inner rubber hose which then shrunk into the cloth shell of the hose.I would not recommend buying this hose and nozzle. When using it for the first time the hose sprang a leak. Not well made.I bought two hoses. The first one came apart on the second use and the other, broke on the first useHose had a split hole in it, and it leaked on first use. Water didn't reach the sprayer.I'd like a refund.Nozzle came cracked
