There is a lip about 1/8" inside the part of the converter that attaches to the faucet. This lip prevents you from sliding the converter any further up the faucet. The portion of the faucet that is covered is so small that you cannot tighten the clamp enough to make the converter stay on. As soon as you turn the faucet on the pressure will force the converter off.
