Got this for our RV. Luv it. They only thing that is bothersome is the motor is louder than we like...Box it arrived in could have been stronger but otherwise everything arrived as expected.Delivery on time, product as advertised. Just a little noisy, pump, when it's on. At least I know my ice maker is making ice.Purchased 60 days ago and no longer working. How do you contact manufacturer to troubleshoot or get fixed?Had a question about using one pickup instead of two and they responded quickly. Love the product and support.Ordered this as I have well water that is discolored. I wanted "clear" ice and water for the refrigerator. Was easy to install. Comes with the plastic water line to hook to fridge - wish it was the braided stainless line instead. Uses the "quick connects" for the rest - VERY NICE! You cannot just hook up 1 water jug - must have 2 - otherwise it siphon's water out the open tube. The pump is NOISY. Going to get a cabinet to put the water jugs and pump in. Hopefully that will contain some of the noise of the pump. Pump only runs when filling the ice tray with water or dispensing water - so at least it is not a constant pumping noise. Overall, this is exactly what I needed and the price was right!Had to go buy a part for the water line from the hardware store Loud motor. But works well and saved us from wasting money on a water dispenserLove it. It's really noisy,but you get used to the sound after a while1
