This hose hanger is very sturdy and attractive. It was purchased for my elderly mother who's widowed, lives alone and soon to be 94. However, she's still very vivacious and loves working in her yard. My brother installed it with his drill to her brick wall, and it comes with everything you need: anchors, screws, back plate & instructions. My mom loves its look, how wide it is for her double hoses and the quality workmanship (she said it's heavy). She was so excited when she opened the box & had no idea what it would look like because I picked it out for her online. I got to see it yesterday in person when I went to visit her and it's just as she described.
