I have purchased several of these hoses. I genuinely like them. Two recent ones failed and started leaking. I contacted the company through an unusual email address found on a small piece of paper. After multiple emails, I stopped trying.They ask for proof of purchase and order numbers. No problem providing. The next several email requests were for pictures and videos to help them improve quality.I complied only to be asked for more pictures and videos. I stopped.When the hoses work, they are great. Do not rely on customer service if they fail.I bought the 100 ft hose. Very light weight. Seems impossible to kink or tangle up.It's almost rhe perfect hose so far. No leaks. Very easy to maneuver since it is so very light weight.My only Complaint is the inner diameter. I read nothing anywhere that told me what the diameter was.I wrongly assumed it would be rhe standard garden hose size.But I was wrong about that. It's very small. I suspect it's either 3/8 or 1/2.I had hoped to use it with my yard sprinkler because it's 100 ft long.When I hooked it up, it was a sad display. The sprinkler water reached about 6 ft in the air.So not near enough pressure for this hose.But since I do really like this hose, I will find another use for it.I bought a metal hose similar to this one a while back and I loved how it didn't get tangled and if it got a little knot it would shake out easily. I figured this one would perform in a similar fashion but nope, this hose is way too flexible and gets tangled up very easily, especially after I take it off of the hose holder. I spend way too much time untangling this hose. I guess if I had a wind up hose holder that would be better because it wouldn't get all tangled when I unwind it but since I use a stake and hook type of hose holder I take the looped up hose off the stake and the hose gets all tangled when I try to extend it-- like bad! The hose I had purchased previously did not have this issue, it wasn't as flexible as this one and it was still plenty flexible. I'm glad I only got one of these. Now I'm on a quest for a metal hose that doesn't tangle.I used this for my small patio and it is great.L like the product, and easy to store away.Watering grass and plants.VERY flexible. Threaded it on a manifold to rinse water bowls, etc with a sprayer. Hose has NO memoryThis hose is awesome! Needed a short lil guy and this one was the same price as a rubber one but 100x more aesthetically pleasing. Build Quality seems really solid. Don’t bother with reviews just buy one if you need it!I'm a dog groomer and I needed a flexible hose attachment so it was easier to bathe the dogs and unfortunately while I was using it blew off of my water line spreading the dog right in the face only had for less than a week they did give me full refund though may not happen to all of them but just something to considerLa manguera es resistente y cumple con lo que anuncian, sólo que no se menciona lo reducido del diámetro interior lo que para mí es un NO en su aceptabilidad y calidad.It came with a serious leak at one end. of the hose where the metal braiding meets with the connecter. So it was useless. I imagine if it had not been defective it would have been a great product. The spray nozel they included was excellentLeaked within a week. The crimp let go on the male end and it's not repairable. I got a refund that was less shipping, so I paid for this to go in the trash. Don't make the same mistake!
