Great for what it costs, I guess. I bought two in May of 2022.; One for our back and one for my front flower bed within 2 months the back hose sprung a very light leak, but a leak nonetheless. It soaked the deck steps overnight. Just this morning, the front one also sprung a leak. I do not throw these around or drag them about, so my only thought is that these break down from sun exposure. Again, for the price and, *when* they work, they're pretty good. But having to replace both within 4 months is pretty bad.Went through two in five months. Convenient and light weight, but they break at the fittings way too easily.The quality of the head and the fittings is great, but after 1 year of sun/elements exposure, it has started leaking right in the middle of the hose and because it's covered in fabric, I can't plug the leak.I assumed the claim was exaggerated that the hose would shrink to 1/3 the length when the water was turned off but that's exactly what it does. I bought a 10 foot hose to keep in the garage and a 50 foot hose to use in the backyard and they are perfect. The 50 foot hose shrinks small enough that we can just pick it up and place in a small pot when we're finished using it. I'll probably buy another one to put in the front yard too.We live were it gets 32 degrees and sometimes colder. Every year I end up buying a new one of these because I forget to take the hose nozzle off and store it away for the winter. Because of the changing temperatures, it cracks and unfortunately the nozzle that comes with it, is the only one that fits it! I like the hose sooo much I buy a new one every year!These are fantastic. Very lightweight, retractable when water is turned off and incredibly durable. We now have them in all areas of the property. Going to buy them for my family on a huge property. They will love them.This hose came well packaged, however when I opened the plastic, it filled the room with an aroma I can only relate to as "fish flakes". I have not had any issues with the odor anymore due to it being located outside, but it is HIGHLY recommended to be opened and left outside. The quality of the plastic hanger is by far below any quality standards due to its cheap and poor design of reinforcement of the plastic. The hose nozzle is also quite cheaply made. It does cycle through the settings easily, however it is lightweight and cheap. The hose is adequately made and does stretch quite far, although it doesn't seem like it will last long. Overall, I do not recommend a flexible hose in general, and will be purchasing a regular hose in spite of having to deal with the fact they are far more difficult to put up.I love that it is so easy to use and takes up very little space!!
