It isn't as sturdy as described. The rice point is nice but Amazon no longer allows me to contact the seller Cia their customer service any longer (per their rep). Her suggestion was for me to Google for the info. Really?Update: I called again as I could not sit and accept that Amazon's rep could do nothing. It was a matter of principal. I give them my business and I dont expect my issues ti be dismissed. The new rep informed me that the reason why he could not connect me with the seller is because they are no longer with Amazon. He then oroceeded to tell me that they were going to makenit right and apply the amount of the splitter to my next Amazon purchase . Now that's great customer service as I was just happy knowing why they could not connect me with the seller. He could have stopped there. Instead he went beyond and showed me his appreciation for my business.I was curious about the little different shutoff valve handles. I've had some of other shape metal and plastic break off in the past. Some times in winter I use a plier to open/close the valve, and AZ sun is hard on every plastic. These look very sturdy. I put these on with no plier or plumbing tools. It came with washers. I am happy with it.I picked up several of these over the summer. They are cheaply made but work. None of mine have leaked. I do not recommend applying full pressure to these unattended. I use them to supply several sprinklers in my garden. I think it's a decent value if you can find them around 6 bucks. Don't let them freeze. Drain them and bring them inside before frost danger.Worked reasonably well for the first 4 months. No leaks during that time. But then one of the male connections broke completely off inside the hose. On inspection the wall of the Y connection at that point is paper thin.Off one outdoor faucet, i have 3 of these set up connecting to 2 wifi water timers.Love this hose splitter! Easy to use and works great! No plastic so no problems with the handles breaking!Splitter is a good quality and sealed nicely ran 2 sprinklers with no issueGood product but the included tape is nearly worthless. Use other tape
