Brass Garden Hose Splitter 2 Way, 3/4" Y Connector with Valves for Outdoor Watering

I live in a condo and have to share a water faucet with my neighbor.. and this neighbor is fussy about having to detach her hose, so I can water my lawn. This item fixes the problem. Now all she has to complain about is the fact that she has to step over my hose, so she can water her flowers. Well at least it fixed one problem. I take my hose down each and every time I water my lawn, to keep her happy. Personally I don't think she will ever be happy. I think her hobby is "complaining" and I just removed tow of the things she has to complain about.Sometimes, with some neighbors, you gotta have your OWN hose!Just got around to installing a couple of days ago, but so far no leaks, drips etc.I will update if an issue happens. Just proves that you don’t always have to spend a fortune to get a quality product. Thank you!I bought a few of these. They're really handy, but they do not last more than a couple summers. They tend to split down the seam. Paying more for something that isn't brass might be a better idea for me.No surprises! Behaves just as you’d wantedExactly what I needed, no problems here. Considering someone with weak hand strength and or the elderly with arthritis may be tough for them to turn the valves, overall awesome product for me.This garden hose splitter saves me so much time and is very easy to use.
